Though education is empowerment, we further empower our clients by making them aware of their rights and responsibilities, and assisting them in exercising their rights and fulfilling their responsibilities. In order to enable our clients, we advise them as they journey through each matter. Beyond advising and representing our clients, we equip them, by providing tools and resources for continued progression.

Founder and Managing Attorney
Shannon Davis Young has always believed in the power of one’s voice. She began making her own voice heard at an early age, constantly inquisitive, and continually seeking knowledge and understanding.
Attorney Young’s affinity for advocacy and the protection of rights and interests led her to a career in law, and in 2012, she formally established MYV Law Firm. Though she has gained experience in a plethora of practice areas, she focuses her legal practice on Business, Real Estate, and Entertainment. As an artist, educator, entrepreneur, attorney and counselor, Attorney Young is a uniquely positioned conduit, giving volume to the unheard interests of her clients.

Leatrice M. Brickhouse
MSM, MSHRM – Administrator
Leatrice M. Brickhouse has continually been a resource to her colleagues, family, friends, and random individuals met in line at the grocery store. She has never been one to hoard information, but freely shares the benefit of her education and experience.
Mrs. Brickhouse’s natural ability to communicate, willingness to inform, and attention to organizational needs, provided her with a solid foundation for managing human resources and consulting with businesses. Mrs. Brickhouse brings over 30 years of organizational experience to MYV, and has gained education and virtuosity in leadership, organizational management, project management, policy development, and mediation.
In her role at MYV, Mrs. Brickhouse not only manages the day to day operation of the firm and its staff, she offers her background and experience to MYV’s clients, as they endeavor to be successful in their businesses.
