Consultations
We currently offer the following consultation options:
- Up to 30 minutes: Our current rate for this consultation is $200. During the consultation, we will answer quick legal questions, provide you with moving forward steps, let you know if and how we can assist you, and provide you with a quote for representation. (*No documents will be reviewed during a 30 minute consultation. If you need documents reviewed, please schedule for 1 hour.)
- Up to 1 hour: Our current rate for this consultation is $375. During the consultation, we will answer quick or complex legal questions, review documents and provide a verbal option of the review, provide you with moving forward steps, let you know if and how we can assist you, and provide you with a quote for representation.

Mediation
We handle mediations on an hourly basis. To schedule a mediation, contact our office and we will be happy to assist you.
Representation
We currently offer three fee structures, which are subject to change, at our discretion.
• Flat Fee: We offer flat fee representation for most matters. The flat fee is paid up front, nonrefundable, and fully earned upon receipt.
• Advanced Fee (hourly): Our current hourly rate is $375. For advanced fee representation, we typically request that clients deposit 10 hours ($3,750) into our trust account, and we bill against it as we earn the fee. When the trust account balance is down to two hours ($750), we will request that the same is replenished.
• Subscription: We offer three tiers of subscription legal services. Below are the basics. We will provide more details during the initial consultation.
